Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class or consolidated actions.
